Do I need an appointment?

Yes — we are by appointment only (Tues–Sat). All visits must be booked online. Click HERE to book an appointment.  

 

What type of dresses do you carry in store?

We have bridal, bridesmaid, prom and grade 8 graduation, mother of the wedding, and flower girl dresses. We also carry veils, jewelry, Boombas and other accessories in store. 

 

How long are appointments?

Bridal and Bridesmaid are 90 minutes long, all others range between 30-60 minutes. 

 

What is your pricing like?

Our collections are curated across a range of price points. Most bridal gowns fall between $1,000–$3,000. 

 

What sizes do you carry?

Samples typically range from size 6–26 (varies by style).

 

What designers do you carry and how long does it take to order a dress?

All timelines provided in store or listed online are estimates, not guarantees. Manufacturers may prioritize by wear date, causing delays. 

Do you have off the rack dresses? 

We don't have a lot of clearance or off the rack dresses for bridal, bridesmaids or mother of the wedding however we have access to a lot of inventory and can occasionally sell dresses off the rack to accommodate short timelines. We have quite a few prom and graduation dresses available off the rack. 

 

Do you purchase new or used dresses?

Unfortunately, we don’t. We focus on offering size-inclusive collections, and one-off or non-reorderable dresses don’t support that standard. We also do not accept donations. 

 

Do you do alterations in house?

We do not alter any dresses at our location. Click here to see an updated list of our recommended alteration locations in this area. 

 

How many guests can I bring?

You’re welcome to bring guests — we recommend keeping your group to close, supportive friends but we don't set a guest limit. There is no need to update us if your guest count changes unless you have a luxe appointment. 

 

Can I see styles before my appointment?

Yes — you can preview current styles by registering in our client portal! Register for our portal HERE - If you have had an appointment in store before, please text us at 705-305-7992 and we will send you the link for your portal. 

 

Do you offer anything more private or elevated?

Yes — ask us about our Luxe Appointment experience.
